No. We are a private individually owned complex, meaning each unit is owned separately. If you are inquiring about a particular unit you will have to do your own due diligence to see if that owner has their place listed for sale/rent. The HOA does not manage this nor are we responsible for the management of individual units.

Fireworks are not allowed to be discharged on property or within the city limits in accordance with the ordinance given by the City of Fort Worth. The City of Fort Worth has stated that Fireworks are illegal and considered a Class C Misdemeanor carrying a fine of up to $2,000.

We are currently working on budgeting, planning, and implementing updates to the Condominium. We will continue to update you for any upcoming projects. You may have already noticed some updates recently such as the new dumpsters, landings, and building signs.

Only garbage trash should be dumped in the dumpsters. No furniture, construction items, mechanical equipment, office furniture, or heavy/large items should be dumped. If you are not sure on an item please contact the board or the property manager.
Yes. Each individual unit has an assigned Parking spot. Visitors can park in any open space or in on the street right outside the gates. There are also several guest parking spaces by the front office. If there are any unauthorized parking reported the violators will be towed at owners expense. Please contact Property Manager for more info.
